Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about converting bank statements with Quick Bank Convert. Pick a question to read the full answer.
What is Quick Bank Convert?
Quick Bank Convert turns PDF bank and credit card statements into clean CSV or Excel files in seconds.
How do I convert a bank statement?
Upload your PDF, let it parse, review the preview, and download the CSV or Excel file.
What file formats can I export to?
CSV and Excel (XLSX) are the core formats, with additional accounting formats available on paid plans.
Which banks are supported?
Most major US and international banks and credit card issuers are supported, since the parser reads statement structure rather than a fixed template.
Is my data secure and private?
Your statements are processed only to generate your conversion and are never shared with other users.
How accurate is the conversion?
Accuracy is very high for clear text-based PDFs, and a preview lets you catch and fix any rare misreads before exporting.
Can I convert scanned or password-protected PDFs?
Native text PDFs work best; remove the password before uploading, and expect lower accuracy from scans or photos.
Is there a file size or page limit?
Yes — every upload must be under 10 MB, and that file-size cap applies to all plans. Separately, the free tier is limited to 5 statements per month and 10 pages per statement; paid plans raise those monthly and page limits.
How much does it cost?
There’s a free tier for occasional use, plus paid plans (Plus and Pro) that remove limits and add more export formats.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Manage or cancel your plan from your dashboard billing page, and contact support for any refund questions.
