Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Tier
The Quick Bank Convert free tier (5 conversions per month) is completely free and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund.
Paid Subscriptions
Quick Bank Convert offers two paid plans: Plus ($29/month) and Pro ($49/month). Both are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your account reverts to the free tier after the paid period ends
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period
Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of first subscription — If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
- Service outage — If the service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
- Duplicate charges — If you are charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent may result in account suspension.
