How to download a BECU statement PDF
From BECU's page BECU eStatements and Regular Statements (read on 26 October 2026):
Checking, savings and loan statements
- Log in to Online Banking.
- On the Account Summary page, select the View eStatements link, to the right of the Group Accounts by section.
- Open the statement you need, then save it to your computer as a PDF (or print it).
BECU credit card statements
- Log in to Online Banking.
- On the Account Summary page, scroll down to the Credit Cards section and select View.
Not enrolled yet? From the Account Services tab in the lower right of the page, select Enroll for eStatements. For credit cards, scroll to the Credit Card section of the same tab and select Enroll for Visa eStatements.
BECU says it emails you when an eStatement is ready, and that it stores up to 18 months of statement history in Online Banking while retaining all statements, including eStatements, for seven years. If you need a statement older than the 18 months shown online, contact BECU. BECU's site also says the mobile app lets you view account statements; for converting, a PDF saved from Online Banking on a computer is usually the easiest file to drag onto the converter.
BECU already exports CSV and QBO: when to convert a statement instead
BECU is one of the banks that offers its own transaction download. According to its help article Download Your Transaction History from Online Banking (read on 26 October 2026):
- From the account activity screen, select the account, filter the transactions, and use the Select a File Type dropdown to download Quicken (.QFX), QuickBooks (.QBO) or Comma Separated Value (.CSV). This covers the past 180 days only.
- From Money Manager (top right of Online Banking), select Transactions, filter to one account, set the date range, and use the download icon to export a .CSV file.
If BECU's own download covers the dates you need, use it. Converting the BECU statement PDF is the better route when:
- You need rows that match the statement exactly. An accountant, a tax preparer or a reconciliation wants the transactions for a statement period with the statement's opening and closing balances, not an arbitrary date range.
- The period is older than the account activity download allows, and you have the statement PDF from your files or from BECU.
- The PDF is all you have. Someone sent you a BECU statement, or you saved statements over the years and no longer have access to the account.
How to convert it
- Upload the PDF to the converter.
- Check the preview against the statement, including the opening and closing balances.
- Download CSV or Excel. If the rows are going into accounting software, see the QuickBooks guide or Xero guide, or the Quicken guide for personal finance.
Why people convert BECU statements
- Taxes and self-employment records. Sorting a year of deposits and expenses for a tax return is practical in a spreadsheet and painful in twelve PDFs.
- Applications that ask for transaction history. A spreadsheet lets you total income by source. Keep the original PDFs too: a lender or landlord who asks for statements wants the credit union's own document, not a converted file.
- Bookkeeping and budgeting. Monthly rows import into a budgeting spreadsheet or app as CSV, or into QuickBooks as a QBO file on a paid plan.
What comes out
One row per transaction with date, description, category, amount and balance (the balance only when the statement prints a running balance). Amounts are signed: money out is negative. The account number, statement period and opening and closing balances are read from the statement and shown above the preview so you can check them.
| Download | Plan |
|---|---|
| On-screen preview only | No account: one statement every 24 hours, up to 10 pages |
| CSV, Excel | Free account: 3 statements a month, up to 10 pages each |
| QBO, QIF, Xero CSV, TSV, JSON | Plus, $29 a month: 50 statements a month, up to 50 pages each |
| The Plus formats, with batch upload and client labels | Pro, $59 a month: 200 statements a month, up to 100 pages each |
| The same as Pro | Business, $99 a month: 600 statements a month, up to 100 pages each |
A statement longer than your plan's page limit is turned away before it is converted, so it does not use up a conversion. Files can be up to 4.4 MB. Current plans are on the pricing page.
What to check, and what can go wrong
- Compare the totals. Before downloading, check the first and last rows and the closing balance against the PDF. We do not publish accuracy figures for BECU or any other bank; the preview is there so you can verify the result yourself.
- Use the PDF the bank generates. A scan or a phone photo of a paper statement is an image, and it is read less accurately than a PDF downloaded from online banking.
- Password-protected PDFs are supported: you are asked for the password when you upload.
- Your file is uploaded. It travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, is parsed on our servers, and a copy is stored. Ask us to delete it through the contact page. We never ask for your BECU login. See the Privacy Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I download a BECU bank statement PDF?
Log in to BECU Online Banking and, on the Account Summary page, select View eStatements (to the right of the Group Accounts by section). For a BECU credit card, scroll to the Credit Cards section and select View. You can then save the statement or print it. These steps are from BECU's eStatements page, read on 26 October 2026.
How far back can I get BECU statements?
BECU says it stores up to 18 months of statement history in Online Banking and retains all statements, including eStatements, for seven years. For a statement older than what Online Banking shows, contact BECU.
Can I download a BECU statement to Excel or CSV directly?
BECU lets you download transaction history as CSV, QFX or QBO from the account activity screen for the past 180 days, and as CSV from Money Manager. Those are date-range exports, not statements. To get the rows of a specific statement, with its opening and closing balances, convert the statement PDF.
Do I need to give you my BECU login?
No. You download the statement yourself and upload only the PDF. Nothing connects to your BECU account.
Can I get my BECU statement into QuickBooks?
BECU's own download offers a QuickBooks (.QBO) file for the past 180 days. For a statement PDF, convert it here and download QBO on a paid plan, or CSV with a free account. See the QuickBooks guide for importing.
What does it cost?
Previewing needs no account (one statement every 24 hours, up to 10 pages). CSV and Excel downloads are free with a free account: 3 statements a month, up to 10 pages each. Plus ($29 a month), Pro ($59 a month) and Business ($99 a month) allow 50, 200 and 600 statements a month, raise the page limit to 50 pages on Plus and 100 on Pro and Business, and add accounting formats.
