1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quick Bank Convert (https://www.quickbankconvert.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Quick Bank Convert is an online bank statement conversion tool. You upload a bank statement file (PDF, CSV, OFX, or XLS), and the service extracts and structures the transaction data into downloadable formats such as CSV and Excel. The service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. How Your Data Is Processed

When you upload a bank statement, the file is transmitted from your browser to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our server sends the file to our internal parsing service for data extraction. The parsed data is returned to your browser.

For authenticated users, uploaded files are also stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) for conversion history. For anonymous users, files are processed but not stored permanently. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Registration

Anonymous users may perform a limited number of conversions without an account. Paid plans and unlimited conversions require you to create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Free Tier

The free tier provides a limited number of bank statement conversions per day at no cost. No credit card is required. Free tier limits and features may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Plus at $29/month and Pro at $49/month) are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on record, handles billing, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues receipts. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link provided after purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload files that you do not have the right to access or share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Upload files that contain malware or malicious content

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Quick Bank Convert, including your bank statement files and the transaction data extracted from them. We do not claim ownership over your data. We use your uploaded files solely to provide the conversion service and, for authenticated users, to maintain your conversion history.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data (including stored files) at any time by contacting us.

9. Intellectual Property

Quick Bank Convert, its logo, design, and website content (excluding user data) are the intellectual property of Quick Bank Convert.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be 100% accurate for all bank statement formats. Always verify converted data before using it for tax filing, accounting, or other critical purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Bank Convert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from inaccurate conversions, service interruptions, or data loss.

12. Third-Party Services

Quick Bank Convert relies on third-party services to operate, including:

• Google (authentication and analytics)
• Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record — payment processing, billing, tax)
• Cloudflare (file storage)
• Neon (database hosting)

Your use of Quick Bank Convert is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
