Is there a file size or page limit?

Yes, there is a file-size limit: every upload must be under 10 MB, and it applies to all plans — Free, Plus, and Pro alike. A file larger than 10 MB is rejected up front with a “File must be under 10MB” message, so compress or split a large PDF before uploading. Files under the cap that are very large or image-heavy still convert fine; they just take a little longer to process.

Page and volume limits are separate from file size: on the free tier you can convert up to 5 statements per month, with up to 10 pages per statement. Plus and Pro raise those limits — up to 50 pages per statement on Plus and 100 on Pro, both with unlimited monthly conversions (the 10 MB file-size cap still applies). For very large multi-statement PDFs, splitting them per statement period stays within the page limit and also gives the most accurate results.
