Old National Bank Statement: Download PDFs and History
Quick Answer: Log in to Old National Digital Banking, open eStatements on the top menu and choose Statements. Use the down arrow beside a statement to save one PDF, or tick several and press the blue download button to get them as a zip folder. In the ONB Mobile App, eStatements sits under Account Services. Up to 18 months may appear when you first enroll.
Old National Bank statements come as PDFs inside Digital Banking once you turn on eStatements for an account. The web version is the better tool: it can download a batch of months in one zip file, while the app opens one statement at a time. Mortgage statements sit in a separate portal, ONB Mortgage Manager, and credit cards use their own login.

How do you download an Old National statement on a computer?
Old National's customer service FAQ (read on 26 October 2026) lays out the browser route. After logging in to Digital Banking:
- Open eStatements on the top menu and pick Statements from the drop-down.
- To read or print one, click View Statement, then the printer icon, then Print.
- To save a single month, select the down arrow on the left-hand side of that statement.
- To save several months, tick the box next to each one and click the blue download button. The files arrive together in a zip folder.
The same page mentions two search tools if the list is long: Search Data on the right-hand side and Advanced Search on the left. Those help when you need, say, the March statement from last year without scrolling.
Unzip the folder before you do anything else with it. Most spreadsheet and conversion tools want individual PDF files, and Windows in particular will happily show you the contents of a zip without actually extracting them, which causes confusing "file not found" errors later.
What does the ONB Mobile App offer?
On a phone the steps differ slightly by platform. Old National's FAQ says iOS users choose More in the bottom right corner and Android users tap the menu icon in the upper left. From there, tap eStatements under Account Services, then the down arrow next to a statement to open a copy on the phone.
There is no multi-select zip download described for the app. The bank also suggests that if eStatements give you trouble in the app, you use a mobile browser instead. For anything beyond one or two months, a laptop saves time.
Turning eStatements on, and what it does to paper
If the eStatements menu shows nothing for an account, the account probably is not enrolled yet. Old National's steps:
- Web: log in, click eStatement Preferences under Statements, tick the account(s), and choose Save Changes. The FAQ adds an odd but useful tip: if the box is already ticked the first time you visit, untick and re-tick it so the preference is saved properly.
- App: select the More menu at the bottom, click eStatement Preferences, tick the account(s), and click Save Changes.
Two consequences to know before you click. First, enabling eStatements stops paper statements going to your mailing address. Second, the bank's eStatements page says electronic statements show up in Digital Banking 1โ2 business days after the statement cut-off date, against the 4โ6 business days a mailed copy can take. If you reconcile a business account at month end, that gap matters.
How far back can you get Old National statements?
The FAQ's figure is that up to 18 months of eStatements may be immediately available upon enrollment. Read the wording carefully: "may be" and "upon enrollment". It describes what appears when you first switch on eStatements, not a promise about how long statements stay online afterwards, and the FAQ does not state a longer retention period.
So plan around it:
- Download the history you can see now, in one zip, and keep it somewhere you control.
- For anything older than what the eStatements list shows, call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265 or visit a banking center and ask what they can provide. The FAQ does not publish a fee or turnaround for archive copies, so ask before ordering.
- If you need a year-end view for taxes, pull all twelve months at once in January rather than month by month.
Our guide on how to get old bank statements covers what to ask for when you request archive copies from any bank.
Where do statements for other Old National accounts live?
Not every product's statement lives in the eStatements menu. From the FAQ and the bank's digital banking pages:
| Account | Where the statement is | Notes from Old National's pages |
|---|---|---|
| Checking, savings, money market | Digital Banking โ eStatements | Batch download as a zip on the web |
| Mortgage | ONB Mortgage Manager | Enroll via Account Management โ Document Center โ Paperless Statements under Mortgage eStatements |
| Credit card | Separate credit card login | The bank's manage-and-monitor page says credit card accounts require a separate login |
| Business accounts | Business digital banking | The FAQ offers separate business address-change forms; check your business login for statements |
For the mortgage, the FAQ walks through accepting the eStatement Delivery Terms and Conditions and clicking Let's do this!. You get an email when each statement is ready, and you can switch back to paper in Mortgage Manager at any time. One handy detail: your full loan number is visible on the mortgage eStatement but not in the account details in Digital Banking.
Did you bank with Bremer or First Midwest?
Old National has absorbed two sizable banks, and that shapes where your history is.
- Bremer Bank. Old National's Bremer integration center says that as of October 20, 2025, Bremer Bank accounts and services moved to Old National Bank. Bremer Wealth and Bremer Investments accounts were scheduled to move on separate timelines (February 2026 and November 2025 respectively).
- First Midwest Bank. The FAQ describes First Midwest Bank as a division of Old National and tells former First Midwest clients they can keep using their old checks until they run out.
If your statements from before a conversion do not appear in the eStatements list, that is the period to raise with Client Care. Have the old account number ready; it is printed in the upper right corner of past statements, which is also where Old National prints account numbers on its own statements.
Can you export Old National transactions to a spreadsheet?
The FAQ does not describe a CSV, Excel or Quicken export button. What it does document:
- Account History, reached by clicking an account name, where you set a date range and search with "Narrow by items containing" (payee, check number or amount).
- Money Management, a personal financial management tool in Digital Banking and the app that tracks budgets and transactions, including accounts at other institutions.
If you need rows you can sort and total, there are three realistic paths:
- Check Digital Banking for a download option on the Account History page. Menus change, and a current export may exist even though the FAQ does not mention one. If you find one, it is the most direct route for recent activity.
- Copy from the statement PDF by hand for a handful of lines. Fine for checking one charge, not for a year.
- Convert the PDF statements. QuickBankConvert reads the statement file and returns one row per transaction with date, description, category, a signed amount and the running balance where the statement prints one. You upload only the PDF; no Old National login is involved. A free account downloads CSV or Excel, three statements a month; heavier use is on the pricing page.
The zip download pairs well with the third option: grab a year of PDFs in one go, extract them, then convert each file.
Before you trust the spreadsheet
Whatever produced the rows, compare them with the PDF before using them for taxes or a loan file:
- The first and last transaction dates should match the statement period.
- The closing balance on the last row should equal the balance on the statement. QuickBankConvert shows the opening and closing balances it read above the preview so you can compare them directly.
- Count check payments. Old National statements list checks, and a missed one is the most common gap in any conversion.
Keep the original PDFs as well. A lender or accountant who asks for "statements" wants Old National's document, not your spreadsheet. If you use our converter, note that the file is uploaded and a copy is stored on our servers; you can ask for deletion through the contact page, and the privacy policy has the details.
