First Commonwealth Bank Statements: Find, Save, Export
Quick Answer: First Commonwealth Bank statements live inside its digital banking. Sign in at my.fcbanking.com or open the First Commonwealth Banking app, select the account, and open the eNotices tab (the bank's online banking page also calls this area the Documents tab) to enroll in eStatements and view, save or print them. For older periods or anything not shown online, call the Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265).
First Commonwealth Bank, the Pennsylvania and Ohio bank at fcbanking.com, keeps eStatements in the same online banking and mobile app you already use for transfers and Zelle. Enrolling is free, the statements arrive as files you can save and print, and business customers have extra download routes. What the bank does not publish is how many months of statements stay online.

Where do First Commonwealth statements show up?
The bank describes the enrollment steps on its eStatements page (read on 26 October 2026):
- Sign in at my.fcbanking.com, or open the First Commonwealth Banking app on your phone.
- Select the account you want statements for.
- Select the eNotices tab.
- Follow the prompts to enroll. The bank's general FAQ adds that you accept an eSign agreement as part of this.
Once enrolled, you get an email or text alert each time a new statement is ready, and you sign in to view it. The bank's page lists three things you can do with it: view, save and print. Saving is the step that matters if you plan to put the numbers in a spreadsheet, because the saved PDF is the file you will work from.
One naming quirk is worth knowing before you go looking. The eStatements page and the FAQ both send you to the eNotices tab, while the online banking feature list says you review statements and opt in through the Documents tab. They describe the same place from two pages written at different times; if you do not see one label, look for the other on the account screen.
If you have not used digital banking yet, enrollment asks for your Social Security number, an account number, an email address and a phone number, and sets up two-factor authentication by text, phone call, authenticator app or passkey.
Does going paperless change your account fees?
It can. On the bank's checking comparison page, enrolling in eStatements appears among the ways to waive the monthly service charge on Confidence Checking and Hometown Checking. The page does not give the same option for Hometown Checking Plus or Premium, and it does not list a paper statement fee for any account. If a fee for mailed statements or statement copies matters to you, the Schedule of Service Fees for your account is the document that settles it; ask a branch or the Engagement Center for the current copy rather than relying on an older printout.
The eStatement service itself is described as free.
How far back can you see statements online?
First Commonwealth's public pages do not state a retention window for eStatements, and we will not guess one. Two practical consequences follow:
- Save each statement when the alert arrives. A folder named by account and month (for example
fcb-checking-2026-09.pdf) is far easier to work with at tax time than signing in twelve times. - For a gap, ask the bank. If a month you need is not listed online, or you need statements from before you enrolled, call 1-800-711-BANK (2265). The phone line's listed hours are Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern. Our guide to getting old bank statements covers what to ask for and how to keep the copies organised.
Former CenterBank customers
First Commonwealth bought CenterBank of Cincinnati, closing the deal on 30 April 2025 and converting systems and branding over the weekend of 6 to 8 June 2025, according to the bank's own press release. If your account came across in that conversion, statements issued by CenterBank before June 2025 may not appear in First Commonwealth's online banking. The release points converted customers to the Engagement Center, a local branch or welcome@fcbanking.com, which is where to ask for those earlier documents.
Can you download transactions instead of a PDF?
That depends on which side of the bank you bank with.
| Customer type | Download route the bank documents | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Personal online banking | eStatements (view, save, print) | Monthly statement PDFs |
| Personal online banking | Money Manager | Spending trends, tags, budgets and goals inside the app; no export described |
| Business online banking | Quicken and QuickBooks, via Web Connect or Direct Connect | Transactions loaded into your finance software |
| Treasury Management Online | Partial account reconciliation export | Transaction detail in several formats, Excel among them |
Money Manager is the personal tool the bank promotes for understanding income and expenses. It can pull in outside accounts, tag transactions and show a cash flow calendar, but the bank's description does not mention exporting data, so treat it as a place to read trends rather than a source file.
For businesses, the business online and mobile banking page lists Quicken and QuickBooks compatibility through Web Connect or Direct Connect. If your books are in QuickBooks and the period you need is recent, that connection is usually the better choice than converting statements, because the transactions arrive already structured. Larger clients on Treasury Management Online can export detailed transactions in formats including Excel as part of the reconcilement services; the treasury support line is (724) 463-5857.
When is converting the statement PDF the right move?
The saved eStatement is often the only practical source when:
- the months you need are older than what your software connection will download;
- you have a personal account, where no transaction export is documented;
- an accountant, lender or landlord sent you a specific list of statement months and you want the same months as spreadsheet rows to total;
- you are rebuilding a year of records after a gap, such as the CenterBank conversion.
In those cases you can upload the PDF to QuickBankConvert. It reads the statement and returns one row per transaction with date, description, category, a signed amount (money out is negative) and the running balance when the statement prints one. The account number, statement period and opening and closing balances appear above the preview so you can compare them with the PDF before you download. You never give us your First Commonwealth login: you download the statement yourself and upload only that file.
A free account downloads CSV or Excel for 3 statements a month. QuickBooks (QBO), Quicken (QFX), QIF and Xero CSV files need a paid plan; the pricing page has the details. The PDF to Excel guide and PDF to CSV guide explain what each format is suited for.
Things to check before you trust the rows
- Totals first. Compare the closing balance and the number of transactions with the statement. We publish no accuracy figures; the preview exists so you can verify.
- Bank PDFs over scans. A statement saved from online banking reads more reliably than a photo or scan of a paper copy.
- Password-protected files work: you are asked for the password on upload. Files can be up to 4.4 MB.
- Your upload is stored. The file goes over HTTPS, is parsed on our servers, and a copy is kept. You can ask for deletion through the contact page; the Privacy Policy has the rest.
A quick routine for First Commonwealth customers
- Enroll every account in eStatements once, through the eNotices (or Documents) tab.
- When the text or email alert arrives, sign in and save the PDF to a dated folder.
- Business accounts: connect QuickBooks or Quicken for the ongoing months.
- For anything missing online, call 1-800-711-BANK before the deadline you are working to, since paper copies take time to arrive.
- Convert only the months your software cannot reach.
