Download ICICI Bank Credit Card Statement Online
Quick Answer: Log in to ICICI Bank Internet Banking, open Credit Cards, pick the card and choose the current or a past statement, then use the download icon. In the iMobile app, open your card's Statements and tap Download. ICICI's help article says the statement PDF opens with the last 4 digits of your credit card number; if an emailed copy won't open that way, use the instruction in the email that delivered it.
You can download an ICICI Bank credit card statement in three ways: from Internet Banking on ICICI's website, from the iMobile app, or from the monthly e-statement email. All three give you a password-protected PDF. ICICI's own help article says the password is the last four digits of your credit card number and cannot be changed or reset.

Where ICICI keeps your card statements
The statement is the same document whichever route you take. What differs is how quickly you can get older months and whether you need a computer.
| Route | Best for | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Internet Banking (website) | Several months at once, saving to a computer | Current or past statement; ICICI's FAQ says PDF or Excel |
| iMobile app | One statement on the go | Current, last or past statement as a download |
| E-statement email | Automatic monthly copy | A protected PDF attached to the email |
| Service request (email) | Getting a chosen period sent to your registered email | The statement for the date you pick |
The rest of this guide takes them one at a time, then covers opening the file and reading it.
How do you download the statement from ICICI Internet Banking?
ICICI's article on viewing your credit card statement online gives these steps for the website:
- Log in to ICICI Bank Net Banking with your User ID and password (ICICI also allows mobile number plus debit card PIN).
- Go to the Credit Cards menu and select your card.
- Choose Current or Past Statement.
- Click the Download icon to save the statement in PDF or Excel format.
The same article also describes a service-request route: My Accounts > Credit Cards > Service Request > Credit Card Statement Request โ E-mail, where you choose the date you need and the statement is sent to your registered email, with an option to download it as a PDF. Use this when the period you want doesn't appear in the past-statement list.
Menu names on ICICI's site have changed over time, and the article itself shows two slightly different paths. If a label doesn't match, look for the credit card section first, then for anything named Statement.
How do you download it in the iMobile app?
ICICI's FAQ answer for the app is:
- Log in to iMobile.
- Tap Cards & Forex.
- Select Manage.
- Choose Statements and pick the past month or the period you need.
- Tap Download.
Elsewhere in the same article ICICI describes an older layout (Bill Payments > Credit Card > Statements) with three choices: Current Statement, Last Statement and Past Statement. Whichever version of the app you have, the statement list is reached from the card's own page.
On a phone, the PDF lands in your downloads folder. Move it to a cloud drive or email it to yourself if you need it on a laptop.
Getting the statement by email
If you receive e-statements, ICICI emails the statement after each billing cycle closes, as a PDF attachment, to the email address registered on the card. The emailed PDF is the easiest one to lose: search your inbox for the bank's sender name and the word "statement," and save each attachment to a folder named by month as it arrives.
What is the password for an ICICI credit card statement PDF?
ICICI's article states: "Currently, ICICI Bank only supports the last 4 digits of your credit card number as the password for the credit card statement PDF." Its FAQ adds that you cannot customize or reset this password.
Two practical notes:
- If you have more than one ICICI card, each statement opens with the last four digits of that card, not your primary card.
- If an older statement from your email archive won't open with the card digits, ICICI may have used a different rule when it was sent. The email that carried the PDF normally explains how to open it, so check the message body before calling customer care (ICICI lists 1800 1080).
Once open, you can save an unlocked copy for your own records by printing it to PDF, but keep that copy somewhere private. The password-protected statement guide explains the trade-offs of removing protection versus keeping it.
Reading the statement once it's open
An Indian credit card statement packs a lot onto page one. These are the figures people look for:
- Statement date: the day the billing cycle closed. Transactions after this date appear on the next statement.
- Payment due date: the last day to pay without late charges.
- Total amount due: everything you owe as of the statement date. Paying this in full avoids interest on purchases.
- Minimum amount due: the smallest payment that keeps the account current. Interest still runs on the unpaid remainder.
- Credit limit and available credit: your ceiling and what's left of it.
- Cash limit: the part of the limit usable for cash withdrawals, which usually carry a fee and interest from the day you withdraw.
Below the summary comes the transaction list: date, merchant description, and amount, with credits such as payments and refunds marked separately from purchases. Look for GST lines next to any fee or interest charge; they are usually listed as separate transactions. Reward point balances and EMI conversions appear in their own sections on most statements.
If you converted a purchase to EMI, the monthly instalment shows as a transaction each cycle, along with interest and GST on that instalment. Total these if you are trying to work out what a purchase really cost.
Turning the PDF into a spreadsheet
ICICI's FAQ mentions an Excel download option on the website; if your account offers it, that's the quickest route for recent statements. For older PDFs, or when you want several months in one sheet, you'll need to convert the PDF.
QuickBankConvert handles the locked file directly: it asks for the PDF's password when you upload, then lists each transaction with its date, description and amount (purchases negative, payments and refunds positive), plus the statement period and balances above the rows. You can see the preview without an account, and a free account gives CSV and Excel downloads. The ICICI Bank page describes what it reads from ICICI statements, and the credit card statement to Excel page shows the column layout.
Whatever tool you use, check the result against page one: purchases minus payments and credits, plus the previous balance, should come to the total amount due.
For ICICI savings and current accounts, the process is different; see the guide to converting ICICI bank statements to Excel. Loan statements have their own download path, covered in downloading an ICICI loan statement.
Common problems and fixes
- "Incorrect password" on a current statement: make sure you're using the digits of the card that statement belongs to, and that your PDF reader isn't autofilling an old password.
- The past-statement list stops short of the month you need: use the email service request, or ask customer care for a copy.
- The download icon does nothing: try the website on a computer instead of the app, and allow pop-ups and downloads for ICICI's site.
- The emailed statement never arrived: check spam, confirm your registered email in Internet Banking, then request the period through the service request.
