Suncoast Bank Statement: SunNet eStatements and Copies
Quick Answer: Suncoast Credit Union posts eStatements in SunNet Online Banking and the SunMobile app, free on Smart Checking. Save each one when it appears: Suncoast's Electronic Records Consent Agreement only promises that posted records stay available for at least 90 days. Older copies cost $2 per statement, and account research runs $15 an hour under the current fee schedule.
Suncoast Credit Union members get their statement from SunNet Online Banking or the SunMobile app, where eStatements, eNotices and tax documents are kept. Statements are free electronically, but Suncoast only commits to keeping posted electronic records available for at least 90 days, so download each PDF promptly. A replacement copy from the credit union costs $2 per statement.

Suncoast is a credit union, so a few words change
If you came from a bank, Suncoast's documents read slightly differently. Suncoast describes itself as not for profit (its mailing address is in Tampa, Florida), and you sign up for online access as a member, using your member number or Social Security number. Savings products are shares (Share Certificates rather than CDs), and checks are sometimes called drafts in its forms. None of that changes how the statement works, but it explains why a lender's checklist asking for a "bank statement" is still satisfied by a Suncoast share and checking statement.
Two names you need:
- SunNet is the online banking site, the "SunNet home banking site" in Suncoast's own agreement.
- SunMobile is the app. Suncoast's Digital Banking page (read on 26 October 2026) says the app is where you maintain your contact information, eStatements, eNotices and tax documents.
Where do you find a Suncoast statement?
Suncoast's public pages say where statements live but do not publish a screen-by-screen path, so here is the route described without guessing at button labels:
- Sign in to SunNet on the website, or open SunMobile. First-time users enroll online or in the app with a member number or SSN.
- Go to the documents area that holds eStatements, eNotices and tax documents.
- Pick the account and statement period.
- Save the PDF to your computer or phone storage rather than just viewing it.
Step four matters more at Suncoast than at many banks, for the reason in the next section.
Why does the 90-day window matter?
Suncoast's Electronic Records Consent Agreement (read on 26 October 2026) covers periodic statements along with disclosures, receipts and notices. It says that records posted on SunNet or in the app "will remain available for at least ninety (90) days." That is a minimum, not a promise of years, and Suncoast does not state a longer online archive on its public pages.
The same agreement has two other clauses that catch members out:
- Notices may only appear inside SunNet. If Suncoast posts a notice in SunNet or the app, you will not get a separate email outside it. You agree to log in at least once every 30 days to see notices.
- Paper copies can carry a fee. You can withdraw consent or ask for paper copies by written notice, through SunNet or the app, by calling (800) 999-5887, or at a branch, and a fee may apply as set out in the fee schedule.
The online transaction list is short too. The Digital Banking page says you can "instantly view up to 90 days of history." Put together, roughly three months is what Suncoast guarantees you can see online, so a monthly habit of saving the statement PDF is the cheapest record-keeping you can do.
A five-minute monthly routine
Since Suncoast's guaranteed online window is short, the members who never pay for copies are the ones who keep their own archive. A routine that works:
- Log in once a month, which also satisfies the agreement's request that you check SunNet at least every 30 days for notices.
- Download every account's statement, including savings shares and any money market account, not just checking. A loan application often wants all deposit accounts.
- Name files consistently, for example
suncoast-checking-2026-09.pdf, so a year sorts in order in any folder. - Keep them in two places, such as a computer folder and a cloud drive, because a single phone download is easy to lose when you change devices.
- Add the January tax documents to the same folder when they post in the app; Suncoast keeps tax documents alongside eStatements and eNotices.
- Skim the statement for anything unfamiliar while it is open. The 33-day reporting window in the account agreement starts when the statement is provided, not when you happen to read it.
Twelve saved PDFs a year is a small folder, and it is the difference between answering a landlord's or underwriter's request the same day and waiting on a $2-per-copy order.
What does a Suncoast statement cost?
From Suncoast's deposit fee schedule, effective 1 September 2026:
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| e-statements with Smart Checking | Free |
| SunNet Online Banking and Bill Pay | Free |
| Copy of cleared checks through SunNet | Free |
| Statement copy | $2 per statement |
| Document copy, printout or fax | $1 per page |
| Research | $15 per hour |
| Rush mail | $25 |
If you need a year of statements you never saved, that is twelve copies at $2 each before any research time. Ask the branch or contact center whether your request counts as copies or as research before they start.
How often statements arrive
Suncoast's account agreement says you receive a statement monthly unless there are no transactions in a month, and at least quarterly in any case. So a quiet savings share might skip months; that is not a missing statement.
The same agreement gives you 33 days from the date a statement is provided to report unauthorized signatures, alterations or other discrepancies, and a separate 60-day window for electronic transfer errors. Downloading and glancing at each statement when it posts protects those rights as much as it protects your records.
Can you export Suncoast transactions to a spreadsheet or Quicken?
Suncoast's public pages read for this guide do not describe a CSV, QFX or QBO download, or a Quicken or QuickBooks connection. Log in to SunNet and check the account activity screen for a download option; if it is there, it will only cover the recent history window anyway.
For older months, the statement PDF is the source. Options for getting it into rows:
- Copy by hand for a short statement.
- Excel's Get Data from PDF, which is included with Microsoft 365 and handles simple layouts.
- QuickBankConvert, which turns the Suncoast PDF into transaction rows with date, description, category, signed amount and the running balance when one is printed. The PDF is uploaded and parsed on our servers, where a copy is kept until you ask for deletion through the contact page; your SunNet credentials are never involved.
CSV and Excel downloads are on the free account, and Quicken and QuickBooks formats are on paid plans; see pricing. The credit union statement to Excel guide covers the conversion step for share and draft accounts in more detail.
Other Suncoast forms worth knowing
Suncoast's Applications, Forms, and Fees page lists a few documents that sometimes do the job better than a statement:
- Verification of Deposit Form, for a lender that wants the credit union to confirm your balance directly.
- Checking Account Reconciliation Form, a worksheet for balancing your register against the statement.
- Business Fee Schedule, for members with a Suncoast business account, whose fees differ from the personal schedule above.
