One Finance Bank Statement: Get It From OnePay

6 min readOctober 26, 2026

Quick Answer: One Finance now operates as OnePay, and its statements are in the OnePay app or on onepay.com. In the app, tap the profile button at the top right, tap Documents, then Statements, choose the account profile if asked, and pick the month. The previous month's statement is ready by the 7th, and OnePay mails no paper statements.

If you opened a "One" account a few years ago and now search for a One Finance bank statement, you are looking for OnePay. The old one.app address redirects to onepay.com, the company still operates as One Finance, Inc., and monthly statements sit under Documents in the OnePay app. They are electronic only, monthly, and visible only to the account owner.

One, One Finance, OnePay: is it the same account?

Yes. The one.app domain answered our request on 26 October 2026 with a permanent redirect to onepay.com, and OnePay's site identifies the business as One Finance, Inc., founded in 2019, with Walmart listed as its parent organization. The name on the app changed; the account you opened did not need to.

What matters for statements is who holds the money. OnePay says plainly that it is "a financial technology company, not a bank". Banking services come from Coastal Community Bank or Lead Bank, both FDIC members, and each has its own deposit account agreement on OnePay's legal page. Your statement and your agreement will name the bank behind your account, which is useful if a lender or landlord asks which institution the statement is from.

How do you download a OnePay statement?

OnePay's help article Account statements and tax documents (read on 26 October 2026) gives these steps for the app:

  1. Tap the profile button at the top right of the home screen.
  2. Tap Documents, then Statements.
  3. If you hold more than one account profile, select the one you need.
  4. Select the month. The statement opens, and from there you can save or share the file.

The same article says statements are also available on the website. It does not spell out the website menu, so sign in on onepay.com and look for the same Documents area.

Three rules from that article shape what you can get:

  • Timing. The statement for the previous month is available by the 7th day of the month. If it is the 3rd and September is missing, wait a few days rather than calling.
  • No mail. OnePay does not send physical statements. Print the PDF if you need paper.
  • Owner only. Only the account owner can open account statements. Someone you share a Section or Pocket with cannot pull your statement for you.

What is on a OnePay statement?

OnePay's deposit agreements (effective 13 October 2026) say you receive one monthly statement for your account. That one account automatically contains two deposit Sections, Checking and Savings, and those can have subsections called Pockets. The agreement is explicit that Sections and Pockets are not separate accounts.

That structure has a knock-on effect when you put the statement in a spreadsheet. Money you move from Checking into a Savings Pocket is an internal movement, not spending. If you total the "money out" rows without filtering those transfers, your expenses will look larger than they were. A good habit is to label internal transfers in a separate column before you build any budget or income summary from the data.

The agreements also say you can review and get copies of recent checks in the OnePay app, and that you will have a record in the app of each deposit you make. For anything that went wrong, the electronic fund transfer error section asks you to contact OnePay no later than 60 days after the first statement that showed the problem, which is another reason to open each statement when it lands.

Can you get a partial statement or a letter instead?

Not a partial statement. OnePay's help article says it does not provide partial statements or transaction letters. If you need activity for a period that ends mid-month, you have two honest options: give the full monthly statements that cover the dates, or wait for the next statement.

For proof of an account, OnePay says verification letters are available by contacting customer service (855-830-6200 is the number listed on its site).

Tax forms are separate from statements:

1099-INT, 1099-MISC, 1099-CProfile, Documents, Tax Documents, then product and yearEligible customers are emailed by the end of January
Verification letterContact customer serviceOn request

The thresholds OnePay gives are interest over $10 for a 1099-INT, rewards or credits over $600 for a 1099-MISC, and $600 or more of cancelled debt for a 1099-C. For anything about how to report those amounts, the IRS page on Form 1099-INT is the primary source.

Is there a CSV export?

OnePay's help centre does not describe a transaction export, a CSV download or a connection to QuickBooks or Quicken. The statement PDF is the document OnePay gives you. So if you want the rows in a spreadsheet, you convert the PDF.

With QuickBankConvert, you save the statement from the app, upload just that file (no OnePay login is involved), and check the preview. Each transaction becomes a row with date, description, category and a signed amount, plus the balance where the statement prints a running one. The statement period and opening and closing balances are shown above the rows so you can match them to the PDF. A free account downloads CSV or Excel; QuickBooks, Quicken and Xero file types are on paid plans listed on pricing.

Points to keep in mind:

  • Your upload is sent over HTTPS, parsed on our servers, and a copy is stored. Ask for deletion through the contact page and see the Privacy Policy.
  • Check the closing balance and row count against the PDF before you rely on the file. We do not publish accuracy figures for OnePay statements or any others.
  • If the statement covers both Checking and Savings, you get one combined list; split it by Section in the spreadsheet if you need them apart.
  • If you mainly want the rows in Google Sheets for a budget, the PDF to Google Sheets guide shows the import step.

Closing a OnePay account? Save your statements first

OnePay's closing article says you close the account by calling or chatting with customer service, after redeeming points, moving direct deposits and recurring payments, and bringing the Checking and Savings balance to zero. It does not say whether statements stay viewable afterwards. The e-sign consent tells customers to save communications by printing or downloading them, and promises one paper copy of an electronic communication free of charge on request.

The safe order is: download every month you might need, plus the year's tax documents, then close. If you already closed the account, ask customer service for the free paper copy; our guide on getting old bank statements has wording for that request.
