Arvest Bank Statement: Online Statements, Export and Fees
Quick Answer: Arvest calls its e statements "online statements". Log in to Arvest online banking or the Arvest app, select the account, choose Enroll in online statements on the account detail screen, confirm the email address and click Save. Each statement then arrives as a PDF inside online banking, with an email when it is ready. Mortgage statements are separate, at mymortgage.arvest.com.
An Arvest bank statement is a PDF delivered through Arvest online banking once you enroll in online statements, or a paper statement in the mail if you have not. Arvest, which serves Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, also lets you export transactions from the website or app, keeps mortgage statements on a separate site, and mails tax forms by 31 January.

Turning on Arvest online statements
Arvest's online statements page (read on 26 October 2026) gives the enrollment steps:
- Log in to Arvest online banking or the Arvest mobile banking app.
- Select the account you want to enroll.
- Select Enroll in online statements from the account detail screen.
- Review the confirmation, including the email address where notices will go.
- Click Save.
Enrollment is per account, so if you have checking and savings, repeat it for each. Notices go to the account holder's primary email address; to change it, Arvest says to use the Personal tab in your account profile. A wrong or old email address is the most common reason people think a statement "never came".
Arvest's FAQ on viewing, printing or saving an online statement adds one practical point: the statement is a PDF, so you need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to open, print or save it. The FAQ points to the Arvest Online Banking User Guide for the screen-by-screen route to the statement list.
Can you export Arvest transactions instead of a PDF?
Yes. Arvest's FAQ on downloading or exporting transactions (read on 26 October 2026) describes two routes:
- Mobile app: select the account, open the three-dot menu and choose Export transactions.
- Website: select the account, click the cloud icon, choose the file type and download.
The question is framed around Quicken, QuickBooks and Microsoft Money, which tells you the export is aimed at personal-finance and accounting software. The FAQ does not list the file types or say how far back an export can reach, so look at the choices when you click the cloud icon. If one of them suits your spreadsheet, use it for recent activity: it is quicker than converting anything.
An export and a statement are not the same document, though. The export is the transactions you selected; the statement is the bank's monthly record with the opening balance, closing balance, fees and interest for the cycle. For anything formal, keep the PDF.
Which Arvest statement options cost money?
The Arvest personal fee schedule (read on 26 October 2026) lists these lines that matter for statements:
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| Statement options: current activity | None |
| Statement options: duplicate monthly statement | $10.00 per month |
| Research or account reconciliation | None |
| Verification of deposit | None |
The duplicate statement fee is the one to watch. If you need a copy for a lender, downloading the online statement yourself is free; a duplicate printed by the bank is not. The no-fee research and verification-of-deposit lines are generous by bank standards and worth knowing if a mortgage lender sends Arvest a verification request directly.
Business accounts: picking the statement date
Arvest's business fee schedule (read on 26 October 2026) repeats the duplicate statement fee of $10.00 per month and the no-fee research line, and adds one option personal accounts do not list: a Special Cut-Off statement at $15.00 per month.
That option matters to anyone who keeps books. If your statement cycle ends mid-month, each monthly reconciliation straddles two accounting periods, and you spend time splitting transactions by date. A statement that closes on the last day of the month lines up with your books, so the closing balance on the PDF is the number your ledger should match. Whether the fee is worth paying depends on how many accounts you reconcile and who does the work. For a single account reconciled by the owner, splitting a few dates by hand may be fine; for several accounts handled by a bookkeeper who bills by the hour, an aligned cut-off usually pays for itself.
If you hand statements to an outside bookkeeper, our page for bookkeepers covers working from client PDFs.
Arvest mortgage statements live somewhere else
If you have an Arvest home loan, its statements are not in the same list as your checking statements. Arvest's FAQ on electronic mortgage statements says to log in at mymortgage.arvest.com to register the mortgage account and sign up for e.Statements. You get an email when each one is ready, and the site shows the previous 18 months of mortgage e.Statements. For email problems Arvest gives Arvest Mortgage Customer Service at (800) 232-5524.
So a homeowner who banks with Arvest typically has two logins and two archives: online banking for deposit statements, and the mortgage site for loan statements and the yearly Form 1098.
When do Arvest tax statements arrive?
Arvest's FAQ on 1099 and 1098 forms says it mails tax forms, including 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OID, 1099-R, 1099-A, 1099-C and 1098, by 31 January each year, and can do reprints and corrections after 1 February. You will not receive a 1099 if your combined interest for all accounts is under $10. Questions go through a secure online banking message or customer service at (866) 952-9523.
If your interest was under that threshold, your statements still show what you earned, which is what you report.
How far back can you go?
Arvest's public pages we read do not state how many months of online statements stay available, apart from the 18 months on the mortgage site. A sensible approach:
- Download every statement you can see now, especially before closing an account, since closing usually ends your online access.
- For older months, ask Arvest through a secure message or a branch. Expect the duplicate statement fee for copies the bank prints.
- Our guide to getting old bank statements covers what to ask for and how to keep the request specific.
From Arvest PDF to spreadsheet
When the export does not reach back far enough, or you want the balance column and statement totals too, convert the PDF. Upload it to QuickBankConvert, check the preview, and download Excel or CSV with a free account (three statements a month). Each row has the date, description, category and signed amount, with the running balance where Arvest prints one. Plans and limits are on the pricing page.
Use the PDF exactly as downloaded from online banking. A printed statement that has been photographed is read less accurately, and password protection is fine: you are asked for the password when you upload. The file is uploaded to our servers and stored; you can ask us to delete it through the contact page.
